We are presently looking for small families who may qualify to be on our St Vincent Terrace (STVT) waiting list.
The flats are all 3 apartment maisonette / deck access (Living room and kitchen downstairs, with 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs - 12 internal stairs) at a monthly rental of £407.41.
Benefits of living at St Vincent Terrace:
STVT is less than a mile from Buchanan Street, has excellent primary and secondary school provision (including catchment area for The Glasgow Gaelic School) and is mere minutes’ walk away from Finnieston, with its bars, restaurants, shops and the SSE Hydro. It is also a 5 to 10 minute walk from Kelvingrove Park. It is well positioned for all transport links - closest train stations are Anderston, Charing X and the Exhibition Centre.
If you would like to be considered for St Vincent Terrace properties, your chances of being offered a property in the near future would be improved compared to our general housing list. Please note that we will only consider applicants who require 2 bedrooms. We regret that dogs are not permitted at STVT.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss whether you wish to be added to the Housing list for one of these properties.
