Due to the demands of the service the lines are usually very busy and you may need to wait in a queue until an operative becomes available to deal with your query or request for services.
Glasgow City Council will carry out initial inspection to determine what treatment (if any) is required. The pest controller may also advise gaps behind cupboards or skirting are filled with steel wire wool or similar material once the treatment has been successful. GWHA tenants contact us to arrange this. Private owners will need to contact a joiner to arrange this or carry out the works yourself once treatment has been completed.
