We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Estates Services Team. This role will include concierge management and overseeing all health and safety administration and related duties.

The successful candidate will be performance driven, and will demonstrate role flexibility, proficient IT skills, excellent communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.

EVH Grade 7: £32,111 – 35,260

Core Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to enhanced customer service through the provision of quality advice, information and support to residents and the community.
  • Responsibility for mentoring and coaching of Team Members, fostering a positive team culture that ensures successful delivery and achievement of strategy, operational and performance standards including regular working pattern crossover with 24/7hr concierge team. 
  • Undertaking named role as Health & Safety Administrator and related duties, inc monitoring, planning, actions, and reporting.
  • Contributing to the development of strategy, policy and corporate documents.
Key Tasks:
  • Supporting and mentoring concierge and Estates team members through regular planning and support measures.
  • Development and delivery of Team Plans and performance indicators.
  • Co-ordination of estate services to ensure compliance with Tenancy/Factoring responsibilities: including regular inspection of common areas and liaison with partner agencies (e.g. Community Safety Glasgow, Land & Environmental Services)
  • Service contractor performance management, including tendering of services in line with procurement strategy
  • Co-ordination of H&S activities and administration, including services risk assessments/monitoring and audit compliance.
  • Undertaking principal First Aider role and any applicable rolling training to meet statutory requirements.
