Jen joined GWHA in April 2018 as Team Leader, bringing a wealth of customer service experience. Jen has a postgraduate diploma in Housing Studies from the University of Stirling and began the Tenancy Services Manager role in October 2023. She leads housing advice, void management, rent collection, tenancy management and sustainment.

Tim joined GWHA in October 2017 with extensive customer service experience. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies. He handles queries relating to Allocations, Tenancy Management and Repairs.

Doireann joined GWHA in March 2024, with a background in Sociology & Social Policy and customer service. She handles Allocations, Tenancy Management and Repairs queries.

Services Assistant

Kyle joined GWHA in March 2024 and is studying CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice. He handles tenant queries for Allocations, Tenancy Management and Repairs.

Cerys Mackenzie
Services Administrator

Cerys joined GWHA in March 2024. She handles first contact for customers, including reception and call-handling duties, bringing prior customer service experience.

Nicola Thomson
Services Administrator

Nicola joined GWHA in April 2024, with 15 years in social housing. She handles reception and call-handling for all customers.

Services Officer (Welfare Rights)

Scott joined GWHA in October 2023 as Welfare Rights Officer. He provides support with benefits, funding, energy and debt advice and runs collaborative projects in the community.

Trina joined GWHA in April 2024. She has experience in homeless prevention, welfare rights, addiction advice, crisis-intervention, and employability support.
