We are in the final stage of our Covid-19 Environmental Services Recovery Plan and we are pleased to confirm iDVerde have commenced works to bring soft landscaping areas around your homes back to standard. 

This will include grass cutting, hedge and shrub maintenance works, with additional teams working in phases through the general areas (timescales noted below). The routine visits for hard landscaping and bin area sanitisation will continue alongside these works, on the normal schedule for your area.

Please observe routine social distancing guidelines while they work and let our Estates Services Team in the first instance.

For a small number of locations your Estates Services Team will be carrying out a joint visit with iDVerde to verify and agree the scope of works being undertaken. After that exercise, and continued monitoring of the Covid-19 lockdown direction from the Scottish Government, all recovery work should be completed by 31st October 2020.
