Good Close/ Best Garden CompetitionA Good Close/Best Garden Competition is held annually with the winners being announced at the Annual General Meeting each year. The aim of the competition is to promote good estate management by: - encouraging improvement in the upkeep of communal areas
- recognising and rewarding excellence in the upkeep and improvement of communal areas
- fostering Tenant Participation in Association activities
