How do I report a repair?Please telephone our property services department or complete our contact form on the link below if you wish to report a repair required in your home. We will need to know: - the nature of the problem and when it started
- your name, address and contact number and
- times when you can provide access to your home.
When will my repair be completed?Your repair is categorised into one of the following: - routine (to be completed within 10 days)
- urgent (to be completed within 3 days)
- emergency (to be completed within 6 hours)
We operate a statutory right to repair scheme, as introduced by the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001. Cyclical Maintenance ProgrammeOur cyclical programme deals with: Roof inspections, Annual Gas Servicing, 5 Yearly electrical checks, Roof Anchor inspections, close painting. Major Repairs ProgrammeWe have a 30 year plan that acts as a guide to indicate when m,ajor repairs are due to be carried out. The plan is divided into a five yearly programme that is reviewed on an annual basis We will keep you fully informed and will, whenever possible, offer you a choice for example: the colour of the kitchen units/ worktops.
